I would like to start this message with the fact that I wish I could love mobalytics. I am a long time user of the application for league of legends but I cannot support mobalytics or their future vision of the application

The staff is split too far and thin between a new game every week and even if that that isn’t true I can sure feel it when every time a new section is added the original calling card of your app gets less and less support

Guides are lackluster and thrown together compared to in the past and done simply as a 2 paragraph checklist “champion is countered by cc and dodging skill shots” ok

App is constantly breaking and havent seen new features since the change from standalone to overwolf

Overwolf is another issue. Dogcrap bloatware and the web version is stripped of half the features because it’s been integrated so far into

This app is far from its original view and even the new games get bare guides. No GPI or useful tools just barebones guides and cookie cutter builds

While the staff team is very fast and responsive with bugs and replies the issue lies internally with the core and vision with mobalytics
I will be leaving unless there is a serious restructure and change in how this app is wanting to be used instead of a paid blog and YouTube

Sad to go but necessary. I have found great alternatives and if you would like them DM me I am not here to advertise. Just here to express my dissatisfaction with the service I paid annual for that gets worse and worse in general

Hey, I wanted to thank you for your support over the years. I know it feels bad to see newer areas of the app get more love. Unfortunately, things like GPI also don't apply so much to other games we have learned the hard way.

Do you mind sharing what parts of the app you feel you used most and just haven't been supported. We recently changed the gold difference feature in LoL. but Riot is doing a strong limiting of API usage so innovating features isn't exactly easy anymore. What new alternatives have you found that ?

Also, feel free not to respond if you prefer not to. I just wanted to thank you for the years of support ❤️

The alternative I have found to be most promising has been coachless.gg. Their analytics and analysis tools are strong enough to improve my game. Mobalytics GPI has always been an extremely strong tool I love very much but strong or not the tools supporting and surrounding it are just lackluster

Hey, thanks for letting me know. If you midn me asking, what do you mean Game Selection? As in Game mode in LoL or other games in general.

also when you say guide quality/selection? I dont see any other sites with guides or anything like that for Lol, or do you mean for other games.

And then when you say feedback response results- what do you mean by that- not sure I follow.

FYI by end of year we will have an electron version of our app whcih would be really cool for you!!

Guide quality and selection The guides that has Been selected for league of legends has been good at the past. Good infographics and helpful guides for play and improvement but as of late those guides are dated and the new content is literal slop Not to mention the guides for some characters is just straight wrong and outdated. For guide quality>no shit CC will lock down a champion “bro just hit the nexus you’ll win” causes this information to be
1.) useless
2.) gets idiot players to kill themselves trying to twisted fate gold card her deep in the backline

Immobile and squishy

???

Literally not even true. Jhin is immobile and squishy. If she’s playing in a teamfight she will press R which resets on takedown. When R is active she gets a massive dash so this is just untrue. She’s immobile pre 6 but this is in reference to teamfights like the rest of this section

R is not a trading tool. A trade is a pattern of attacks and dodges you can use in a sequence consistently through lane to gain a health advantage or positional advantage to the wave. A 60 second skill shot telegraphed execute rocket that does damage based on range and also that does nothing before 50% hp does not count as a trading tool

Bottom line is it feels like guides are put together and forgotten for the rest of time

While other apps don’t go as in depth as you guys used to that’s what set you apart. The quality and care put into these things and the crazy amount of effort put into helping others learn

While it’s still more than other devs and teams do it’s a far cry from what I loved in this app in the past

Games/usage

I understand wanting to expand but being an “all in one” companion is not a good idea for a market. It has proven to be unsustainable and has resulted in the team and quality being spread too far and too thin. It makes a little more sense for a game selection like path of exile but I can’t support ANY of it since the quality of the original product has dropped since addition of any and all extra games. I cannot pinpoint if it was one or all of the games but since the addition of expansion it has been noticed

Isn’t even a need for competition trackers or analytics. 90% of these are literally just guide farms and I’m not exaggerating

Literal guide farms and wastes of time. Nobody comes to mobalytics for borderlands 4 or monster hunter wilds I promise you. It’s a waste of time, resources, and manpower and shows effect for games people actually do play such as me and the original reason I bought the product. League GPI and analytics. The all in one learning tool for league of legends

Feedback response

While the team is responsive to bugs and issues breaking app usage it gets fixed pretty swiftly I commend that but if there is any suggestions to making the app better or changes or improvements to the systems we get a “sending to dev team” message and never again hear or see from the dev team again. Especially feels bad since there hasn’t been a real addition of systems or post game to the league section since really before overwolf

Which brings me to my next point

Overwolf is pure hot dogshit. The app has bad rep across every review and platform nobody likes it besides devs because it takes a chunk of their plate but if all the time is used towards the above issues then it’s not worth it at all. I could give it a pass if I had noticed improvement in these topics but in fact it’s gotten worse and overwolf is another nail in the coffin of many. Standalone was amazing and honestly if the app itself was standalone you may get more customers just for the fact if it being standalone one of the top complaints I get with these companion apps from everyone I know is

No worries. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I understand your issues and frustrations. I can tell you its hard managing multiple fronts. It doesnt feel good sometimes to know that you arent perfect everywhere and its frustrating too. I will talk to our guide writer to make sure he's keeping a closer eye on the matchups.

I also feel your frustration as someone who primarily plays LoL, and unfortunately although that may be the case for you, the number of players playing other games has increased heavily over the years, and we do have a lot of players playing Borderlands 4 (!!) not to mention others like Poe and D4, and they find our features very useful. The number of players playing league has also gone down over the years sadly.

However, that's no excuse for the lack of quality in guides and I will take a look at that. The rate of content may have slowed down due to the lack of changes in the game, but there still needs to be updates on the older guides just like Riot updates champs.

I understand if our tool is not what you are looking for anymore as we diversify, and I appreciate your support over the years. Abz will give you an extra 3 months of plus as a small token of our appreciation, even if you don't use it.

I hope you don’t misunderstand expansion is not a bad thing. Every other app uses it for other games but it just feels bad when league gets less and less love as more and more games gets added. I can say D4 and POE are understandable picks. I see more support for those games than I do league here. I will still keep an eye on mobalytics simply out of habit and if things do start looking up for what I need again I will happily resubscribe.

By no means is this a “do what I say or I hate you” post but more of a shift of priority. I’m not the owner or member of the staff so I have no say I just thought the feedback would be helpful as a long time user 🙂
