Hi there folks,
Not exactly sure if this is the right place to put this but this is recruitment.
I’m wanting to start/have started a project for a team based on Iracing based on sports cars for special events and I will need admins and team leaders to help me run this team as I’ve gathered experience this is the best way for the team to operate with good back room staff.
I’ve had previous success with running teams on ACC and have led a few of my entries to podiums and eventually one or two to the win. However this was back in 2023/24, and I’m looking for a new challenge with some new trusted assisted managers and staff to help me make decisions and operate the team.
Here are the requirements for applying:
- Have a warm, friendly personality and can adapt to lots of people.
- Be online consistently and respond to messages on the daily
- Be able to communicate with people and have a sense of authority when managing an individual group of people (e.g a group of drivers for an upcoming endurance race)
- Ideally have some previous experience in managing something, however everyone has to start somewhere
- Common Sense
- Has driven in endurance races before and knows the rules, format etc (irating doesn’t matter as much as though it’s above 1k)
