Joke or not, Discord and any platform hosted in the United States has to in fact follow the law, that being COPPA. Even if a 5 year old isn't even capable, known of the presence of an underage user and not dealing with it is a massive fine in itself... now with more limitations since Online Safety Acts are being made left, right and center
