The main component to transferring ownership is the account that actually owns the server. If you're unable to retrieve that you're pretty much out of luck.

I recreated an account to contact my friend and explain the situation to him and reimburse him, and he therefore modified his request by asking that my account not be deactivated because it was a simple error on my part and not a hack of his paypal account. Except that no one answers him and the same for me

With users, they're checked on context and acted on appropriately if the action broke ToS. But since bots have less context, or are used for things like logging bots. Hey yall, So a couple of months ago, I got hacked via discord, fell for a dumb coincidence and lost a lot of data, my main discord acc, microsoft acc etc etc... Regardless of that though, I reached out to discord via this other account I had as a backup and they were less than helpful, Mainly I wanted to either get that account back or have it deleted as it was (and still is) compromised. I was going to forget about it and let bygones be bygones, move on with life, but a few of my friends are informing me that the account is still at large, and being used to try and trick other users into falling for the same scam, which if successful has you downloading a file and it pulls a ton of data from your drives.
I want this issue sorted but because of discords very tedious policies, I can't talk about that account's security unless it's in correspondence from the email address used to sign up with, but that email is also compromised, (Microsoft however cannot give me that account back due to 2FA takeover, but are competent enough to investigate the issue and permanently disable the account from further use, which was done back when this incident unfolded). So if I try to report this to them, or let them know. they're just going to tell me they can't discuss this with me. Even though I could prove ownership by several other means such as payment methods/previous passwords etc etc...
Anyone have any suggestions for this issue...?

this hyperlink to the ticket from the first time says that it is stored on the server as a reference point. this means that the data is stored on a server and can be called by the site to quickly access said ticket from the data stored on the server. it is not coming from my Cache. this is Stored Data that they can access from their ticket system. I work in tech support, i know that they can see solved issues.

hey i need help.... my headset (logitech) just did an update on its own and eversince i can not get voice audio trough my headset... when i put the discord output settings to my headset i can hear the join/leave sounds trough it but no voices or soundboard...
