Aside the reporting in app, you can add some extra verification to the server for entry, and require verified members then add some bots like counter counter or wick. That should shutdown it down. Use leveling features to protect the chat. If they're using particular words then use a bot to delete messages that contain common pairings of words used by them. They'll get tired of being banned, having to swap the way the talk, ip bans, having to change a vpn, acquiring new phone #'s and creating new profiles j to lvl into the atk.

I have tried that, I have been managing the server for a long time, and this user is particularly annoying. He has gathered past users that were banned and they make alt accounts and raid the server. This has been going on since March or April, I don't remember exactly when the warns and the bans started but they have some personal vendetta against us...unless they get IP banned from our server or discord suspending their number/emails I do not see this ending anytime soon...they even have had people from other servers join our server, act normal for some time to make friends in the community and then act up at night when no mods are online and when they get banned the community gets discouraged. At this point it's harrasing. They also admit they send those people with written or talked proof

Hey guys, I had 2 of my really important accounts suspended about 2 days ago for being maliciously (and falsely) reported for being under 13. However I am not, and have followed the instructions sent on the email after receiving the suspension. I haven't received any form of confirmation from discord that they've even received my appeal request to update my age. I've submitted my id and usernames on paper in a selfie like requested for both accounts through the appeal thing, I sent them an email - to which I got an automated response that they don't check their emails, and I haven't been seen by their twitter.

How long does it usually take to even get noticed? How do I get the attention of a discord mod?
