I saw the purchase in my email and it stated that its a nitro gift so it must clearly somebody else who got into my account. I checked apple support to see if i can refund it but as you can imagine the purchase was also not made on my apple id. Does anyone know how can i resolve this issue?

(I contacted discord and they said to write them „i didn‘t authorize this purchase on my account“ which i sent yesterday but no luck yet since they haven‘t responded.)

Hey there. If you can remember a specific conversation you had with them with specific keywords, you can initialise a global search on your mobile whilst you are in the direct messages section. Lmk if it works because otherwise there's no other way

Improbable option, make a new ticket or reply to your old ticket asking why it was marked as solved

It could possibly be that the account is too far gone. Probably sent too many scam dms or was used to nuke servers and all other shenanigans these hackers do and the damage is irreversible. What would you do anyways with an account that your friends might have blocked when they realised it was hacked or the servers you've already been kicked out of? There could be personal data in dms and servers, which the hackers already got a hold of

Perhaps your server doesn't have the required boost level(I'm sure it does otherwise you wouldn't be applying it in the first place)
Second reason could be that it does not fit the requirements. There are some requirements on the page where you upload the server pfp. It has a size and resolution limit 😄

Also server gifs don't play if you're not currently viewing the server

I don't wanna send any links because you shouldn't click on links sent by strangers especially ones that aren't well known. But you can find many sites with a simple Google search. Try making the width 64x64 and one with 512x512. Try uploading the 512x512 first to see if it works

Then try the 64x64 if it doesn't
