These users may never speak in the discord, but need to be in the discord for announcements and inquiry. I know of activity such as screencapping other user profiles and messages and sharing them cross discord / dms with hate speech.

Hi, big problem here (sorry if this is not the right channel to speak about this). I created a community discord server. In this server there is a section that allows players to be helped with anything. I created a category for this and in the category there is a sort of waiting room where people enter and waits to be moved in a channel where normally you cannot enter (ofc if you're a moderator you can enter and move people from and into the channel). The problem here is that if you say to discord that you cannot enter the channel you cannot screen share at all (even if you setted that they can do it). How do I solve the problem? (And sorry for my bad english too)

I understand this isn't a support server but I'm kind of desperate for help so if any of my peers know what's going on I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer. My bots have all of the necessary permissions however no new invited bots are appearing with the other bots when I use the / command and they aren't able to run any commands. I've successfully installed many other bots even in the same time period and their prefix's all work. The issue is only affecting that particular server. There isn't a bot limit (currently over 60 installed) as far as I know so idk if this is some sort of back end issue I can clear up. Do you guys know if they reject requests even though there is valid proof sent? And how long would it take for them to answer? My server is completing 5 years in 2 days and I'm afraid I won't be able to do a surprise for my server because of this false deactivation.

is there any way we we can suggest discord to add a "remove my phone number from other accounts" button? i would be so easy instead of the fact that currently in order to remove our phone from an accidental account that account has to have the " SMS backup authentication" option enabled otherwise even if that account has your phone is not registered as verified so it can steal your phone as "in use" but will make the accidental account recovery fail as it's "not verified"

I'm trying to make a ticket through the support portal and I seem to have some problems, whenever I make a ticket while I'm signed in it doesn't need me to enter a email as discord moderators can go about it through the website itself, but I'm tryna put in a server related issue and I put in everything correctly as I'm tryna transfer ownership to a different account as the owner lost his account but whenever I submit the ticket and check on it in the "my activities" it turns out that I made a support ticket for appealing the disabling of that account instead of a ticket for server related issues as the ticket info has "Are you in the right place" questions and "What would you like to appeal?" when it was never a appealing ticket when i was making the ticket?

And I rather use the website instead of emailing, as the website gives me more information on my ticket compared to emails.

This seems to be a issue with the website itself, but I legit can't use the support forms while being signed in on the website.

I also fear that it may be putting me into the appeal teams when I chose server related issues even when I email them, but with emailing I don't know if that's the case or not.

If you lost your 2FA app you need your backup code and if you don't have that you should be get a SMS if you have enabled that, otherwise I think you need to contact Discord about your lost I think they can remove the 2FA from your account
