Basically, a lot of stuff got downgraded in SotTR

You have a 4090 like me, if you play RotTR you will hear and notice how the GPU is in heavier use, while in SotTR you will barely feel that use, and its temperature will be very low. At least that's my case, so that's why SotTR is graphically inferior to RotTR for me. There are many areas that you look at up close and it doesn't look like a game from 2018.
