Bambu p2s, .4 nozzle.

I was trying to print something starting last night, it had an extrusion error that I thought I was a one off. hit resume and it started printing normal, so I went onsleep.

woke up to it pause. hit resume. it started going. then failed by not actually extruding anything for a few layers. so I canceled and started troubleshooting.

I did a cold pull. then did it again. then my friend said to do it manually. so I did that a couple times. Tried to print again, and same issue.

So I took the extruder assembly out. took it apart, didn't see anything but blew it out a bit since I was already inside it. Put it back together.

I printed a scraper which failed. This entire time I have been using the same filament, in the same and slot. so I chose to use a different filament , and different and slow, and a different type of filament (sunlu pla+2.0 to a petg. I forget the brand)

same issue.

during the last couple attempts, I was paying closer attention and heard some noise, hicher pitch scraping from the ptfe tube from the ams to the buffer (I think), along with a clunk a couple times.

I also put filament on the ext spool holder to eliminate the AMS, which also ended in a failed print (most of the failures other than the first one were just a layer or two).

I recently moved the printer as well, but have done two 15hr prints that came out just fine since I moved them.

I will order a new nozzle in the next couple days. probably will take apart the extruder again to double triple check everything soon also.

but if anyone has any pointers that I have not done yet, please let me know.
