P1S still won’t take on new filament

So unlike before I’ve done some more tests and I’ve narrowed down the issue to being the functions for the extruder aren’t working. As shown in the shorter of the two videos, when told to take on new filament it doesn’t do anything, and yes I didn’t give it much time but I didn’t need to I’ve seen it do a full cycle of nothing and just showed it for example. Even when I manually load it with the extruder tool the whole thing refuses to accept the fact it has filament. Down-patching it never helped and I’m trying to find other steps to take at the moment.

Going as far as factory resetting the printer did nothing so I’m not even sure if it’s software even though that’s the only thing that seems to not work
