I don't think this is something you could use 3D printing for. Those are usually made of metal and they are functional.

With the temps that GPUs hit, I'd be worried about melting and that the plastic would insulate the chip instead of cool it.

Although u can probs 3d model your own and get it done by someone with a cnc machine out of metal or etc. 🤔
