as you can hear in that video, the printer makes strange cracking sounds from the toolhead, this all happened after i calibrated my filament again though i might have saved some settings that a calibration print had set. this happened first with the flow ratio test print, wher it didnt print some of the tiles at all and the other had some parts missing for example the top surface just had a hole in 3 of the remaining ones where the printer just extruded wayy too late like over half a second too late …
so either i saved stuff from the max flow or PA test, idk which settings might cause such catastrophic failure, my max flow even went down from 12 to 10mm³/s so i dont think i set that too high, the printer even printed 30mm³/s fine, jsut a bit more matt which was presumably caused by the heater heating path being too short which lead to the higher speeds above 10mm³/s to not reach the desired temperature.
im now also hearing this squeaking sound (video 2 / attachment 3) its also coming from the extruder or at least the tool head, i can hear that when retracting or unretracting, verry strange …
i adjusted my retraction length from 2.5mm to 5mm but i doubt that could cause such tremendous amounts of failure :|
is this my plastic extruder just giving up or did i really f up the slicer (orca v2.4.0-dev build 6bb7903b)?
