Helle everybody,
so I am currently trying to print a part with big overhangs as seen in the images. Therefore I need supports. Due to the height of the part the support make up about 40% of the total filament used as they start from the printplate and go all the way up to the top. Therefore I thought that I could maybe only put supports within these hexagons and none on the printplate. I already tried with painting and with support blockers but I wasnt able to figure it out. Would that be even possible within bambu lab or do supports always need to start from the printplate. Thanks in advance!
