Im having some really bad print quality issues on 3 Bambu lab X1C's I was just thrown in charge of running them so im not entirely sure where to start. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction for what to test to try and diagnose the issue? The images show the surface issues im getting. Structurally the parts seem okay.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Not personally experienced with X1C's but I would check belt tension with that ghosting and variance

Upon Inspection. The whole toolhead has some wiggle. (On all 3 machines.) would this be a belt tension issue or an issue with the toolhead assembly?

Is this something that can get fixed by tightening the toolhead or do I have to replace the X axis assembly?
