Take top glass off and feed externally. 3d print riser to extend the distance between the filament feed tube into the extruder. The extra friction usually results in a halted print and artifacts. This is easier and faster to try as opposed to tearing down the extruder assembly or even doing a cold pull.
Context:
Apparently the P2S has very sensitive settings when it comes to filament feeding. I had flawless prints for many hours during the first few days of ownership. Then all of a sudden I got the error and after checking for clogs or debris in the extruder/feeding tubes/nozzle I didn't know what to do. The feed tube drags on the glass and I noticed there were far more files for risers for the P2S on the internet than other printers. Attempted to reprint a PETG specialized benchy with multiple failures about 6 minutes in. After getting more space for feeding tube huge progress made.
