Need help with hotend

I got mingda D2 and I am looking to replace the most if not the whole hotend I'll send more info and pictures bellow

Why do I want to do this: The cooling fan is loud af and I want to add more of them but with this hotend I can't rly do that, the hotend it self is showing its age as of the screw that's supposed to be holding it in place is not doing it's job so it's really wiggly and the screw is not the problem

For replacement I am thinking something out of the ender 3 as it's pretty similar
