It sounds like the wire connecting your hotend may have been damaged during the build plate change. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for guidance on how to fix or replace the wire to get your 3D printer up and running again.

There does not look to be a build plate on that. That looks like a magnetic mat that a build plate would attach to.

#

Is that correct?

#

I don't know what you mean by hotend part wire, can you show a picture and explain further?

#

Heater wires? Thermistor? The entire cord that connects to the printhead

The thermistor part to plug it in to the print head and when it was printer and I wasent in the room the build plate itself came off and started to mess up the underneath part below the build plate

You'll have to replace that thermistor, and try and clean up the magnet pad, or just replace that too.

#

Is the build plate you used not magnetic or something.

It was just hit it off somehow u think ANYCUBIC will replace the parts ?

Depends, was it an anycubic plate or not?

#

If it was a third party plate they'll probably pin the blame on you.

I’m talking about the bed part that’s scratched the magnet pad

I'm talking about the new build plate that caused the issue.

Oh it’s gone and it’s 3rd party

If it was third party they could say you used a third party plate so it isn't covered under warranty.

#

And the damage is your fault.

#

You could try though.
