It sounds like you are having issues with bed leveling and adhesion. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Double-check the manual bed leveling process. Make sure all four corners of the bed are at the same level, and adjust the bed to the correct height using a piece of paper as a guide.

  2. Ensure the bed is clean and that the print surface is properly prepped. You can try using adhesion aids like hairspray, glue stick, or a dedicated print surface like BuildTak or PEI sheets.

  3. Check the first layer height and make sure it is set correctly in your slicer software. You may need to adjust the Z-offset to get the proper first layer adhesion.

  4. Calibrate the extruder steps/mm to ensure the correct amount of filament is being extruded.

  5. If the issue persists, consider checking the printer's frame and gantry for any displaced or loose components that may affect print quality.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be helpful to reach out to the manufacture...

I have a 2 plus, had a similar issue, you try messing with the offset? If that doesn’t work, try a bed adhesive
