It seems like you're experiencing some issues with your newly assembled Anycubic Kobra 2 Max printer. Let's try troubleshooting the problem step by step:
-
First, make sure that all the necessary parts of the printer are correctly assembled, including the extruder, hotend, and belts. Double-check the assembly instructions provided by Anycubic.
-
Ensure that the printer bed is properly leveled. You can use a piece of paper or a feeler gauge to adjust the bed height and ensure proper bed adhesion during printing.
-
Check the filament feed mechanism. Make sure that the filament is loaded correctly, without any tangles or obstructions. Also, ensure that the filament diameter matches the settings in your slicing software.
-
Verify that the print settings in your slicing software are appropriate for the printer. This includes nozzle temperature, print speed, layer height, and cooling settings.
-
Try a different print file, as there might be an issue with the Benchy file you are ...
Did you tension the belts using the pluck and frequency?
I'd reccomend watching a YouTube video on it
It's really easy to understand and do and it is a much more accurate way to tension than guessing
Probably too loose
If it's not that, then maybe it's tensioning on the v rollers
as juan says, tension on either belt or rollers is too high/low (seconded)
yey
huzzah
that's not shabby at all
at worst, I see some bridging work and a need to slow down (ringing on front hole)
ouch the butt. could also be speed
what does slicer say? if printer is tuned well, you'll get exactly what it shows in the preview
prusa is good, maybe look into superslicer, same thing but more features, you can even transfer profiles between them
even built in calibration prints
literally visually identical though
