There could be a few reasons why your print is suddenly not extruding filament properly after a few layers. Here are some troubleshooting steps to consider:

  1. Check the filament: Ensure that the filament is not tangled or kinked, preventing it from feeding properly. Also, check for any obstructions or debris in the filament path.

  2. Unclog the nozzle: It's possible that a small piece of debris or a partial clog is causing the extrusion issue. Heat up the nozzle and carefully remove any blockages. You can use specialized tools like needles or cleaning filament for this.

  3. Check the extruder gear: Make sure that the extruder gear is clean, free from any debris, and turning properly. A worn-out gear might struggle to grip the filament and push it through.

  4. Adjust the tension: If the extruder tension is set too high, it could be preventing the filament from feeding properly. Try slightly loosening or tightening the tension screw and see if it improves the filament flow.

  5. Veri...

You need to understand if it is the hotend clogging somehow or the extruder having a mechanical problem.
Ender hotends are prone to a gap between the end of the PTFE tube and the nozzle.
It might be your problem?

I think next time it happens, you should remove the nozzle with the hotend at temperature (be careful it will be hot).
You can turn off the hotend just before loosening the nozzle to be extra safe. Be careful with the thermistor and heater wires.
Put something on the bed so when the nozzle falls it doesn't impact/burn the bed surface.
If there is a lot of plastic between the beginning of the nozzle and the end of the PTFE tube, you most likely have a gap between both.

If you have a problem with the hotend, you will need to at least disassemble the nozzle and remove the PTFE tube.

#

Since you have already done a cold pull, and as far as I understand, it has clogged again, you are out of options besides disassembling it.

I understand, but you also understand it will most likely happen again, right?
