#inconsistent extrusion

If your leveling is perfect and your temperature is set correctly for PLA (200°C), there are a few other potential issues that could cause problems with your prints on the Ender 3 Pro:
-
Filament quality: Poor-quality or old filament can cause issues. Check if your filament is properly stored and hasn't absorbed moisture.
-
Filament diameter: Ensure that your filament diameter matches the settings in your slicer software. If it's set incorrectly, it can affect the extrusion process.
-
Clogged nozzle: A clogged nozzle can lead to under-extrusion or erratic extrusion. Try cleaning the nozzle by following the manufacturer's instructions.
-
Extruder tension: Check that the tension on the filament coming into the extruder is properly adjusted. It shouldn't be too loose or too tight.
-
Belt tension and pulleys: If your belts are too loose or the pulleys are not properly aligned, it can cause issues with print quality. Check and adjust the tension and alignment if necessary.
