It sounds like you might have a Z-axis issue. When the printer goes to the "home" position, it should be moving the Z-axis until it reaches the end stop. If it's not doing that, then it might not be calibrated correctly or there could be a mechanical issue with the axis.
Here are a few things you can try:
-
Check the wiring and connections on your Z-axis stepper motor. Make sure that everything is plugged in correctly and that there aren't any loose connections.
-
Check the alignment of the Z-axis. Sometimes, if the Z-axis is not perfectly aligned, it can cause the printer to get stuck. Try loosening the screws that hold the Z-axis in place and then tightening them again.
-
Check the bed level sensor: Sometimes, the bed level sensor may be dirty or the sensitivity needs to be adjusted. You can try cleaning it or adjusting the sensitivity.

sounds like your probe isnt recognized, have you verified your wiring?
Yes i check it 3 times, all wires are frim, i even opend the bottom, everything is glued in on the motherboard. I found post in a froum with the same thing from 2 weeks ago, but without a solution.
With probe u mean the nozzle thing, right (sry newbie and english is only my 2nd language). It is shown in the exact psition an the screen, but after the move upwards, the nozzle moves on the screen but the actual thing dosent.
i cant find a clear answer on how this one probes the bed, some use the nozzle itself
i would take off the glue and reseat it, it can wiggle out just enough to not work
thank u very much, but i think ill send it back, i just unboxed it.
If i mess up the motherboard they may wont take it back..
