It sounds like you may be experiencing under-extrusion in that specific layer. There are several things that can cause this issue, such as a partially clogged nozzle or a feeding problem. Here are a few things you can try:

  • Check the tension of your extruder's spring and make sure it's tight enough to grip the filament
  • Increase the temperature slightly to improve filament flow
  • Clean your nozzle thoroughly with a cold pull or replace it altogether if necessary
  • Check your retraction settings to ensure they're not causing filament jams
  • Slow down your print speed slightly for that specific layer or area to give the printer more time to deposit the correct amount of filament.

Also, make sure your bed is properly leveled and your first layer's height and adhesion are good since they can affect the rest of the print.

Tried raising the temp from 230 to 240 and even 250 hoping it would help but nothing worked

Tried more cooling and no luck.
