Small holes in 3D prints can be caused by a variety of factors such as incomplete infill, poor cooling, or printing at too high of a speed. Here are some potential solutions:

  1. Increase your infill percentage to make the inside of the print more dense and reduce the likelihood of small holes appearing.
  2. Slow down your print speed to allow the printer more time to lay down each layer properly.
  3. Ensure that your cooling fan is working properly and cooling the print as it is being printed.
  4. Try using a smaller nozzle size to reduce the chances of holes appearing.

If your print still has small holes after trying these solutions, it may be helpful to adjust other print settings or try using a different slicer software.
