Successfully printed this Deadpool bust on my Ender 3 V2 Neo w/ Sprite Extruder Pro and Dual Z Axis upgrade. eSUN PLA Pro. No supports. At 30% infill, this took right at 53 hours.

If you want to decrease printing time and save some filiment you can decrease your infill
gleaming dew
also, Cura's lightning infill which is made for figurines, can help cut down material and time used.
