I was using my Wooting 60HE normally, but while updating the software to the latest version, I accidentally closed the program during the update. After that, the keyboard stopped working completely and the RGB lights no longer turn on.

I use another keyboard connected at the same time, and that one works perfectly fine. I also tried plugging the Wooting into different USB ports, but the issue is still the same.

Wootility does not detect the keyboard, and it says the software is already on the latest version. Every time I unplug and reconnect the USB cable, I can hear the Windows device connection sound, but the keyboard still does not work at all.

How can I fix this?

It gets stuck on “Waiting for device to reconnect” and the keyboard is not being detected.
