#Letter unable to be typed no matter the key

I cannot type the last letter of the alphabet key despite in the software it showing the switch activating.

I've unplugged keyboard, tried different profiles. I've swapped the letter to a different key on my keyboard and it wont type so its not the switches its the actual letter.

Any idea what would cause this?

If wootility shows the key being pressed i assume software is listening to the key causing conflict (most of the time the cause)

may need to disable software and see the Z keys starts work work again
