Loose connection wooting 80HE

I’ve replugged jst more than 10times and tried different wire over 6months, however this problem still shows up after I replug my jst.
What could be the problem and fix to it?

Are both ends of the JST cable fully plugged? Can you take a picture of both ends please.

It looks like it's not fully plugged in, which causes disconnects. Try pushing it in further, using your nail can help. https://help.wooting.io/article/333-my-80he-flashes-or-disconnects-when-i-type

Also, could you take a photo of the other end from the top? It’s hard to tell from this angle whether it's fully connected or not.
