#Failed UPS Deliveries – Request Hold for Pickup

Hi, I need help with my order shipment.

UPS has already attempted delivery twice to the address in the US, but access to the location is difficult and the driver couldn’t complete the delivery. I’m worried that after the third attempt the package will be returned to sender.

Could you please request UPS to hold the package for pickup at a nearby UPS Access Point or update the delivery instructions?

Tracking number: 1Z7***0654 (full tracking available via DM)

This is urgent because the next delivery attempt may be the last one before it gets returned.

I don't understand, it's so urgent. I trusted the brand, but I can't get in touch quickly. What terrible support! Do you have a number or something?

Of course I have a number but I don't see why that would matter in the first place😄
The courier is the one who isn't able to deliver the package, wooting isn't a big company with a big support team and they launched a new product last week which will take up some space in support.
Worst thing that will happen is that the package gets returned to sender and you will either receive the board later or get a refund.
Also, note I do not work for wooting, this is still customer to customer support.

We can't contact the courier for you in this way.

If you're not able to get them to put it somewhere by contacting them, neither are we.

The package will return to us, and we can reship it.
