I love my first-generation Wooting 60HE, but it’s getting a bit old now, and I’d like to switch to the Wooting 80HE because I prefer its technology and form factor. However, I’m waiting for a V2 version—is one planned for the future?

Probably, In the next three years or longer AS of right now it doesn't seem they have plans on making a "V2" For the 80he.

Why would they, the 80HE is still pretty new, they just uplifted the 60HE (and calling it v2) to the same 8k polling of the 80HE.
