https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/ would you mind checking the inputs with this and sharing a screenshot of it?
not what I asked, but have you tried replugging it and not touching any keys for 10 seconds? or do you have any magnets near your keyboard like a magnetic desk?
oh okay what did you ask for?
I tried doing that, switching the which usb I use and usbc, doing the unplug and holding down pause and left arrow keys method.
I dont think I have anything magnetic near my keyboard
its seems to happen more when I turn on tachyon mode (nvm its doing it even with tachyon mode off
https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/ clicking on this link and sharing a screenshot. I want to see what keys are being pressed
I see, it's only the F6 key being spammed, I would assume it's a broken HE sensor, therefore I would recommend reaching out to official support via links above
damn okay thank you, do I need to send in my whole keyboard or like whats gunna happen?
supports gonna tell you, I assume they will ask to see the backside of the PCB first to see if there is some corrosion or anything visible. I don't work for them so I may be wrong
it's just a guess or the thing I would ask for
got it thank you! yeah just super upset cuz I just got it in the mail yesterday. Thank you for the help
I do understand that it's not a nice experience tho if it's faulty it's covered by warranty
whats ure experience with wooting any problems with yours and how long have you had it for?
