#Splitting up order, still receiving discount

If I buy PBT keycaps with the keyboard, they are 50% off. But currently they are in back-order, meaning my whole order is delayed by more than a month.

Since I do have a 3.5 year old keycap set that I could use in the meantime, does anyone know if it is possible to order all products at once (so I get the 50% discount on the keycaps), but the keycaps get shipped separately? This way, I had the keyboard a month earlier.
