It keeps timing out i dont understand

Unplug the keyboard first. Then press and hold the top right and bottom right keys, and while holding them, plug the cable back in. After that, go to Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot > 60HE and press 'Reset Device'

Before doing this, make sure the keyboard is plugged directly into your motherboard (not through a USB hub or KVM switch). Also use the included cable, if you already are, try a different cable if available.

Try both versions of Wootility, desktop app and the web version

If it still fails, try restoring on another computer.
