So I contacted the support 10 days ago, Andrew told me they are sending a lube kit to fix the rattling stabilizers of my 60he v2. I should have had the shipping number on my email a few days after but still nothing. I replied on our email and got no response, 3 times so far. I know this is community support but I have no other choices since the support@wooting.io doesn't respond.

Did you reply to the same email chain or made new ones? The weekend mightve delayed something, Im sure its gonna get send out soon!
I replied on the same email. The last email I received was on April 10. I sent a follow up email on April 15, April 19 but nothing.
