can you login on the wooting hub and not on shopify, they dont really give out accurate info etc
dw I trust you purchased the keyboard haha ;p you might need to send customer support an email to get your account fixed with the correct email

Where would customer support direct me to since I don’t have it on my email it will just direct me to the TenZ HE

Alright your order is ready to ship - And the reason why it hasn't, is because you mispelled your email address, and thus never received the "Does your address look good? Click here to ship it" automated email
Nothing will happen, until support gets back to you, and can help fix the email mismatch.
