guys am facing this problem a lot i tried everything restart unplug wait for 10m works sometimes but its like 70% of the time like this

i emailed them about it but nothing but the respond was the same just restart or unplug and wait and i don't want to be doing this all the time
and my letter G double click triple click sometimes.

and im using the og one that came with it and yes its plugged to the motherboard in fastest one as well

i always update as soon as see a new one but its been happening for more than 5 months

ahh so i was the one to reply to your ticket
that reply tend to cover the basics cause/solutions to phantom presses and if not resolved to request the analog monitor

just to check you mentioned earler the G switch was detected as pressed dose this respond at all to being pressed?

ohhh my bad i didnt finish the whole email when a saw it went immediately try the solutions u gave me in the email

Yea,... i could rephrase this better at the start of the email (i will do that a bit later)

the G dose response but its unpredictable cus as i said it double/triple clicks and as u can see in the video when i start my pc it just start spamming it

i see well something's is wrong the PCB but bit hard to narrow down... i will send a follow up email/request for some information

so not sure how this would cause the other keys to be affact but just incase could you try cleaning this area (circed in red)

looks like a slight short on this pin
the odd part is that is between the "y, T" sensors so dosnt seem likly to affact the G that is one further up)
