Hey, I have an issue with my Wooting keyboard after a firmware update. It no longer turns on (no LEDs), but my PC still detects it when I plug it in. It shows up as “Wooting Restore” or sometimes as a generic USB device. However, it’s not recognized properly anymore and I can’t restore or use it. It seems like it’s stuck in some kind of recovery mode. Any idea how to fix this?

Sometimes even after following this guide Issue - Wootility doesn't detect the Wooting the Wootility still can not detect the keyboard, this can be because of d
Have you tried this yet?
I've tried everything and despite all that, still nothing
I did it
Are you getting any errors when you try to restore?
yes, it stops at step 2, I suppose it's not detecting my keyboard?
Can you go in Device Manager, click on 'View' > 'Devices by container', then expand Wooting Restore and take a screenshot
try using a different usb port, preferably one that is further away from the current one
also use stock cable for that
I tried deleting all the files and then restarting my computer, but when I turn it back on and plug in my keyboard, I get this
I tried again, but it didn't work so I don't understand
what error message are you getting?
Did you choose Devices by container on top?
i have this on the application sorry, it's in french haha
you did plug it into your motherboard, right? also have you tried using a different usb port?
yes, that's the only way I was able to see it otherwise, i can't see anything
Then the correct drivers aren't assigned, that's why you're getting Bootloader error. Wootility can't detect the keyboard. These are the correct drivers.

i used all the USB ports on my single motherboard, even those on the front panel
I'll try again then
Once done, make sure to restart the PC and not shut down.
Did you happen to use zadig?
I used it when I had no other options, but even then, nothing works
zadig will definitely mess it up, but I believe the guide above should resolve that
I love AI.
Unlikely. I'd recommend plugging the keyboard into another device to see
If the keyboard works on another device, restore it there and then plug it into your main PC
OMG, thank you for the idea, it finally worked!
for the future: don't trust AI
yes, really..
In future this might happen again on your main PC, if you decide to restore/update the firmware, because of incorrect drivers. So I'd recommend reinstalling the OS later if it happens. Odd that the guide linked above didn't help.
i must have had a big problem with this firmware being installed incorrectly, haha, but thank you very much
i have the same problem but even if i plug on nother device he stil not detect it
