Wooting 60HE doesn’t reconnect

Hi I’ve had my keyboard for bout 2 years now with no issue there was an update that I was trying to update but it failed and I had accidentally closed the tab thinking it went thru so normally I followed the steps of restoring my keyboard and it keeps telling me to give my browser permissions to access my keyboard and it has all the permissions and everything it just says no compatible devices found windows reads my keyboard in my device manager it reads wooting restore but my browser and the app do not read it I have tried restarting my pc unplugging and replugging in my keyboard and nothing has seemed to worked been kinda stuck on this for an hour any tips/help is appreciated

After retrying this method I’ve come to a roadblock of Error ID Bootloader and went thru the troubleshooting guide of finding the wooting restore in my connected devices alongside Hid Keyboard Device the RGB of the keyboard is off and I hear the sound of the keyboard connecting to my computer I tried the restore 2 more times and I still cannot progress further upon error id bootloader
