#Order stuck – no DPD update

Hi, I placed an order on April 3rd and received a shipping confirmation on April 7th, but the DPD tracking still hasn’t updated and shows “We are exchanging data internally.”

I also contacted support but didn’t get a response. Could someone please check my order status and confirm when it will actually be shipped?

No one can help you here. Someone from support will get back to you asap. Do keep in mind we don't work weekends, so we're barely a day past you sending it. We have a lot of tickets to go through every day 🙂

Also keep in mind that we cannot ask couriers for an update with any more information than what you already have - Only help replace any parcels stuck or lost for an extended period of time.

Hi, thanks for the clarification, I understand that you have a lot of tickets and that weekends are not counted.

I just wanted to ask how long it usually takes for an order to be dispatched to Poland, as my tracking hasn’t updated since April 7th and I’m starting to get a bit concerned because the parcel hasn’t been handed over to DPD yet.

Once the parcel is scanned into the courier's systems, it's usually a couple of business days. But since your case seems unusual, support will have to assist.
