Keyboard disconnected and won’t reconnect

I was updating My wooting 60HE software and I had another tab open so I couldn’t click the windows key to tab back, I restarted my pc and had to plug in a different keyboard to get into my pc and I deleted my keyboard profile to see if I could reconnect and my keyboard still won’t turn on please help
