Yeah i have had this problem before and tightened it up, it was fixed for about 2 months but now its back. I dont think this is something i have to do every few months right?
Normally no, but it depends on how much you move the keyboard around and how the cable is laying in the case
Okay, yeah i only move my keyboard to a 45 degree angle and back forward for more space when i play with my controller, and what do you mean with how the cable is laying in the case?
When you open up the keyboard to re-attach it in the case of these problems, if you're not careful when putting the module back in the case, it could cause it to come loose again. It is of course also possible that you've been unfortunate and the cable is looser than normal.
If it keeps happening without being rough with the keyboard then I suggest contacting customer support.
Okay, ill try tightening up the cable again and will contact support if it occurs again, thanks for the help!
