Yes
The rgb turns off also

sounds like the connection is broken every so causing the keyboard to power cycle (restart/reconnect)
So as a quick check you can try moving the USB-C cable near the port to see if this shows the issue (this could indicate a port/cable issue) otherwise if this dosnt react best to try the Loose JST cable guide to reseat the internal cable
