I'm reaching out because my package was returned to Wooting and I'd like to know how long it will take before I can expect a new delivery.
I ordered from France and my package was returned to your warehouse before I could receive it.
I already sent an email to your support team more than 3 days ago but I haven't received any response yet.
Could someone please help me or point me in the right direction? I just want to know the status of my order and when I can expect to receive it.
