I got my wooting yesterday and when I went to customise the RGB when I changed to one of the modes it disconnected due to it asking for too much power. An error popped up saying something along those lines, that it is asking for too much power and it wouldn't reconnect and I had to restart my pc. It happened twice yesterday and another issue that happened today was when I unplugged it and replugged it in it just wouldn't connect

I don't have any of the problems that the guide is addressing cuh
my problem is when I changed the RGB or when I replugged it in on my pc
not the stuff the guide is addressing as it says
Well duh, the guide is addressing problems caused by inconsistent power.
So it might help you out as well
lemme read it rq
Some problems might have the same cause
well that guide was just talking about loose JST cable and I don't have a problem with that. The first time it didn't reconnect on the 2nd issue I just rsed my pc and it worked, the second time it happened I just replugged the usb hub on my monitor and it worked because replugged the cable didn't
so I think I can cross out jst cable
oh I see
Try plugging it into your motherboard
I'll do that when I'm home
Also a loose JST cable can cause disconnects especially with high power consumption. Just fyi
