this May just be a windows driver issues so try restarting the system and see if this helps

I don't think it's a driver issue. Other wooting keyboards work fine on the same windows computer. This wooting 60he has this restore connection problem on other windows computers.
Have you tried restoring with a different cable?
If this happens on other computers too, even after trying a different USB cable, the keyboard might be stuck in restore mode. In this case check this article: https://help.wooting.io/article/210-fix-right-side-of-60he-not-working
