#a lil fedback about delivery companies

thought i'd just post this here...
i'd really suggest you drop working with DPD for shipping to spain, they're so utterly incompetent i really start questioning if they're even employing actual humans, but yea, here's the detailed story so far:

  • package arrived in the delivery depot 3 days after i placed my order, which was about what you'd expect
  • package was held at the delivery depot with them asking for instructions because for some reason they FKed up the address when it changed from DPD NL to SEUR (spanish DPD)
  • i sent them a support ticket with the corrected address including a google maps link to make absolutely sure they'll know where to deliver it and got a confirmation the next day
  • last friday i called their hotline to ask about where my package is and they told me it'll get delivered that very day
  • on tuesday i sent them another support ticket asking about what the heck is going on and where my package is, didn't get a response yet
  • today the package actually entered a delivery vehicle and tracking said "in delivery" so i thought great, it's finally over, but nope...
  • at about 12/13 they updated the tracking suggesting delivery to be expected between 8:30-9:30 and 19 stops remaining...
  • at about 16 the driver called asking for directions which we gave them as detailed as possible
  • now it's 21:50 the tracking still states the same, my package still hasn't arrived and the damned driver didn't pickup his phone ever since he called...

like seriously, you can't make this shit up >_<

Like always with these feedbacks, all there is to say is, that if Wooting dropped working with every shipping company anybody has bad experiences, then there will be simply none left. Just go on and search for "shipping" here in #1141096226884956181, you'll probably find a thread for every single one.
