All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Try setting it to 000/000/255 000/255/000 and 255/000/000 if in one of these 3 cases the led is off it's probably a faulty led and you should contact official support via links above

ik its a faulty led i just think its so silly that when its set to friggin green its red ðŸ˜
For your understanding, there are 3 LEDs for each key, Red/Green/Blue short RGB. If setting RGB to 000/000/255 etc you can find out which led is faulty
