would you mind repluging the keyboard and not touching it for 5 seconds?
yeah it didnt fix it
I assume you use stock cable. would you mind telling me if it's worse with tachyon on and brightness at 100%
There is no difference whether or not tachyon mode is on, same for brightness. However I swapped usb port and just pressed all the buttons like this 5ED43FRW6VT7YBCGNO9IU0H8JM PNNNNNNNNN, and the issue went away for now lol
Evil keyboard
I assume it was your port being a little fucky, happy it works now
i recommend trying this tool to see what is occuring on a sensor level
https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/
i have that issue too!
especially when the keyboard first starts
when i want to enter my password or smth right, it just spams like for example 0 becomes 00000 and it sometimes automatically enters as well and puts the password in as wrong? LOL
please make your own thread
would you mind trying to roll back the firmware? or trying out the beta?
https://wootility.io/?test-builds=true > Settings > Updates > Select test build > v2.11.0+rollback
https://beta.wootility.io
apologies lol
no need to apologies, just make your own thread if you want some help so stuff doesn't get's mixed up
well that is a bit strange - Best to try the "rollback" to see if this relates to a known issue with the stable firmware
for reference this known issue is limited to the 80HE and on start up - If replugging the keyboard solves the issue till next boot Highly likely to be the issue
The beta has shown some result in fixing this but the sample size is still pretty low so if the beta also solves the issue would be interested in the results
V 2.11.0+rollback made it way worse
Now it is typing on it’s own
Can’t even go into wootility it just crashes chrome when i try to type, opening hundreds of tabs
Would you mind checking this -> https://help.wooting.io/article/333-my-80he-flashes-or-disconnects-when-i-type
Otherwise I will leave that to Andrew or recommend reaching out to support via links linked above
Before proceeding This issue can also occur if the USB-C cable is loosely connected or if the USB-C connector is damaged. We recommend testing with another USB-
