try using 1khz instead of 8khz and let me know if it makes the issue better
also, could you tell me if the board turns off if you wiggle the cable a little?
i just restarted the computer same problem, i shutdown the pc on the 1khz profile.
No it doesn't turn off when i wiggle the cable
before unpluging it i check wootility and it says the keyboard is disconnectd

Yup
if so, try using a different port on the backside of your pc (directly into the motherboard)
And putting 8khz back on?

Problem solved i think the keyboard dosn't like usb 3.2, i plugged it to a 2.0 and the problem got fixed
usb 3.2 shouldn't be the issue, it's more of a usb controller issue, but I am happy I could help
