So basically Im trying to build a keyboard using the wooting 80he pcb and an aftermarket case. I wanted to use custom switches, specifically the Gamakay Hall Effect V3 Magnetic Switches. I was wondering Wootility would still allow full functionality like the actuation adjustment, rapid trigger, calibration, etc. with the non wooting switches. Also I was wondering if there was any risk to the PCB or the sensors since i am using third party HE switches, or would the worst case just be calibration/actuation inconsistencies? and also would using the official Wooting USB-C daughterboard affect compatibility in any way?

Didn't understand the last question, what do you plan to do exactly?

Which case?

Daughterboard comes with the plastic case, If you ordered 80HE module. You can move it to your aftermarket case.

Keep in mind that silent switches introduce inaccuracy due to the dampening mechanism. If you're not using the most sensitive settings, you'll be fine, but avoid those Gamakay switches. While they technically "work" in Wooting keyboards, they are horrible for accuracy because of wrong magnet polarity.

Get one of these if you can
